Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use BLACKOUT. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account and activity carried out through it.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant BLACKOUT a licence to host, display and distribute that content as part of the service, including on public pages and through share links.

Do not post illegal, infringing or deceptive content, harass others, send spam or impersonate another person. Administrators may moderate and remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Sellers are responsible for their listings and delivery of their items. BLACKOUT is not the seller of third-party marketplace items. Prices are shown before payment.

Plans are prepaid: you pay in advance for a month or a year. Access starts when payment is confirmed. There is no automatic card charge at renewal. Access stops when the paid period ends until you pay again.

Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. A purchase completes only when payment is confirmed. A started but unpaid checkout creates no subscription or order. Amounts are in USD unless the checkout says otherwise.

The service is provided “as is”, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. As far as the law allows, BLACKOUT’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
